Sun Country Airlines has been on the uprise after covid and are adding ten new routes out of Minneapolis, their home base. One of the ten flights will be to Washington Dulles. They were flying to Washington until September of 2019 but the pandemic hit and they had to shut the flight down.
The flights starting dates will be that we know of:
- MSP-BIL – Service starting June 19, 2024
- MSP-ABQ – Service starting June 19, 2024
- MSP-GRR – Service starting June 13, 2024
- MSP-BOI – Service starting June 19, 2024
- MSP-OAK – Service starting May 23. 2024
- MSP-IAD – Service starting April 18, 2024
- MSP-SYR – Service starting June 6, 2024
- MSP-MSO – Service starting June 26, 2024
As those being all the domestic routes so far, they are planning to fly to Canada, with service to Montreal and Toronto. That is planned to launch in June of 2024.
