Highlight’s have been the first Lufthansa A380 to Dulles, and the British Airways A380’s.
Yesterday was a great day of plane spotting as the weather was perfect. The highlight was the Norse 787 as it was its last flight ever to Dulles as far as we know. I also got some other great shots.
Today I was fortunate to go on the ramp again and spot Swiss, Qatar, Saudia, and Lufthansa. The rain held off and made for some fantastic photos.
Yesterday was the last day the Lufthansa 747 will fly into Dulles till October 27th. I got some very good shots of it. The departure was amazing! Other than that the day was a normal day of spotting.
Yesterday was Swiss Airlines first flight into Dulles. And fortunately I got ramp access and got both Swiss and Lufthansa. They were the highlights of the day.
Yesterday was an average day plane spotting in the evening at Washington Dulles. The highlight was the Lufthansa 747 as it will leave Dulles for a while towards the end of the month. There will be nothing like the 747.
Today was one of the best days of plane spotting! The highlight of the day and of the year was the Lufthansa 747 go around! It was phenomenal!
Monday was an amazing day of plane spotting. The highlight by far was the Lufthansa retro 747. It took me forever to get a good shot of it. I also saw some other cool aircraft like the Qatar 350-1000.
Today was a very cold day! It was below freezing with a very cold wind. The highlight today was seeing Air France in golden hour. It was just stunning!
Today was a cold sunny day at Dulles. The good news is that the lighting was perfect and I got some good shots. The highlight of the day was the Lufthansa 747-400.
